How to make a routine

How to you keep a regular routine going?
I always work out for a week then the next week i will forget or not have time to do it.

How do you stay on a normal work out routine?

yeah, i had this problem. I overcame it by :

Making time, that means, an hour each day no matter what i have set it as work out time.

also, try making a journal.

You might want to have a calender or program an alarm in your phone to remind yourself. This is what I do...I see what works and then I just set alarms for it the next week. It reminds me and motivates me to keep going and complete what I'm doing.
