I am administrator of my computer and I cannot delete this file through anything even ran as an administrator... through cmd.exe, nothing will work. Even if its a running task! Someone has got to save me here.

Follow this, and then try executing the program to delete the file.

Do you have UAC enbaled? Also, do you have full administrative access on the account you are on right now?

Have you tried batch yet? Strip it of its attributes first.

Tell me how to do that, I haven't coded in batch in ages.

Here, it won't let me take ownership and yes I have UAC on and yes I am Administrator of my computer.
