Troll Forums?

Hey there. I was thinking about making a forum called "TrollHQ.net" with a friend. It wont be a forum where people go on to troll, but rather a place where you can browse:
+ Trolling Tools ( such as spammers )
+ Trolling Stories ( Where you can read about stories of people getting trolled or trolling people )
+ Trolling Requests ( Where you can request a troll )

I was wondering what you think about this idea and if we should actually make the website.

Trolling requests? To be honest, I don't see there is any potential to this site as there is no motive or reason. In my personal opinion, I'm not going to sign up for a forum to be "trolled". We have enough of those on forums as it is.
