Chin ups, pull ups and all their variations are great for your biceps and lats, plus once they get easy to do you can tie a dumbbell around your waist and try them then.

Pretty good.I'm 15 too and got a little bit higher muscle ammount.
That's probably couz I wasn't skinny at all,I was athletic built all the time.I trained karate when I was 6 or 7 and now I'm training Waterpolo.
I'm huge in upper body.

Way to keep yourself motivated.I always start to loose motivation after a month or so working out.I try an inspire myself but usually struggle.This kind of got me pumped.Thanks
