I observed that the Extract Filter is not present in Photoshop CS5
Does anyone has the Plug-In or knows where I can download it?
I searched on Adobe.Com but the Plug-In could not be inserted into Photoshop CS5

They've changed it. You now how to go to Select > Refine Mask.
