[REQ] Group Userbars & Favicon

Hi, I would like to request a series of simplistic user bars for my site Hero Appreciation. I am currently using these and would like the same colour scheme and positioning of the icons and text:


I would like the following groups:

• Management (gold star icon)
  
• Staff (silver star icon)
  
• Moderator (bronze star icon)
  
• Supporter (the medal from the HA logo)
  
  Spoiler (Click to View)

  

Also I would like to request a favicon, a small version of the medal in the site logo:

Couldn't find a gold, silver & bronze set, so used black for Moderator instead.

I do have green, orange, blue, purple & red though, if any of those might be better for you?
