Honestly, I prefer MW2 over Black Ops. I just enjoy the overall gameplay better. Black Ops doesn't have much more customization over MW2. The guns, and the way game "feels" is better in my opinion.

Easily MW2 black ops is no where near as close to as fun as mw2 is.
The perks are better all tho commando is annoying it does not compare to the edge you get using ghost.
The kill streaks are so much better.
Also, sniping nuff said.

Definitely Black Ops. Modern Warfare was good, but I like Black Ops better. I do play both, though.
