DNS-IP wtf!

Earlier a friend's host went down. After that came up, his DNS went down 10 min later, and I couldn't acquire the IP address to try and navigate to it that way. Now, the DNS is backup, and I've traced the IP. But attempts to navigate to the site via the IP result in a page not found

its correct. I've whois'd it a thousand times from different places
