I can tell. Most phones that looks similar to that are crappy just by experience. I've had a lot of them.

I have the HTC Evo 4G . It is SO amazing. I was having problems with it in the beginning but I love it now.

I have the Droid Incredible it cost 200 total cost. But, that was when i was elidglable for an upgrade and i got a 100 rebate.
