The red star is too bright - it's becoming the focal.
The text is okay...I don't really like it.

It's overall well-blended, but it doesn't have much color.
I personally don't like it very much.

I'm not that good on signatures, but i'd say that the second one has too much smudge.

I'd do like the 2nd's text with the 1st picture.

I agree with Nahomish that I'd like the second one's text on the first picture. Also the star needs to be darkened and desaturated some in my opinion, I'm not a fan of it standing out as much as it does now. The render looks beautiful though.
