There are different types of lifting exercises.

Heavy loads and low reps.
Light loads and high reps.

I don't usually lift weights, but if I do, it would be around 10 pound dumb bells.

I do cardio. ^_^

When I started benching (at age 14) I started with 15lbs on each side of the bar.
The bar itself was 45lbs. So 15+15+45 = 75
75 ÷ 2.2 = ~34Kg

Weight lifting exercises are usually muscular male body, but with people who want to achieve a healthy lifestyle, many women have found their way to fitness gym to do weight training to increase the number of related activities.
