The logo is weak, you need a theme that better suits the sites purpose and you have way to many sections. Your board just looks inactive. You need to re-design it to be honest.
You're not the only admin forum as well? Did you mean that literally?

I am the only admin forum with a web hosting zone, read the topic before posting literally.

In the header,
"Ad space available!
Click here for more information. "
puts me off.
I also recommend an "expanding" theme, rather than fixed pixels.
Also, the "Your Link" at the top? They need content or removing.

Lol, honestly that looks like a TAZ clone... you might want to break your ties by getting a new skin and changing the forum layout a bit, it looks awfully similar.

I agree with some of the users, should make a wider forum skin and such. Maybe a new header. Other than that I really like the categories you got going on .

Instead of completely giving this a minus like everyone else, i'm going to be different, and say that I do agree that it is kinda one of those sites that has a simple theme, that does get a little unappealing and "boring".
But I can offer to make you a new forum logo. The favicon that you used for the website however is really catchy, so good job on that one. Most people prefer a letter but I like this one.
The site is fairly active for starters, so thats one good thing about it. Theres too much space on the sides though, you might want to change the css style for the width of the forum itself entirely to minimize that empty space on the left and right.
You also still have lots of "Your Link" tabs at the top that aren't needed, in case you forgot to delete them, or your website is still under development.
One more thing, if your going to use that "Ad space here" right beside your main site logo, thats the worst place to offer advertisements for someone elses site. Very bad to direct someone elses attention to their site from the main part of your own site. Maybe change it to add their ad's on the bottom, or in some more appropriate spot on the left or right. You want it to not stand out and be one of the first things that they see. But you still want it available to internet users if they are going through your site, if your using it for a sponsor to help with the domain costs.
I have lots of knowledge in this area from a webmasters perspective, and I hope you find this useful for improving your site. Good luck

You need to chose a more fitting theme and actually have forum banner/logo.
