Well, when I drew my weathered 10mm with laser sight mod, the gun wouldn't be in my hand. My hand would be in the POSITION of holding it, and I could shoot it. It wouldn't make any noise, though. And it also created some hazy white square around me that was near impossible to see through. And a giant red exclamation mark behind me.

You might have to move a copy of d3d9.dll into your fallout.exe directory. Temporary fix for frame issues and some of your symptoms, until they launch a patch anyway.

I downloaded it the other day, It's a pretty good game. I never got into Fallout too much though.

Its alot like Fallout 3, but they added alot of cool stuff. There are ALOT of bugs though

Not really, there are fixes for almost all of them thanks to the community.
