Well, Firstly the lighting is non-existant, there's no obvious flow... bad depth, Is the man the focal or the spear? You haven't made that clear; the red dots are tacky ( A pentool stroked with outerglow would be better) overall it's ok but you'd be raped on a graphics forum.

Conspiracy had it in a nutshell.
Also, I'd reccomend puting more of a border around the 'entire' sig and clearing up the hand nova a bit.
Text looks good though.
