Yeah, the site is down or they deleted all of the files. Smile
Getting a 403 Forbidden error here as well.

It was like this for me yesterday, and I knew it was down for everyone. I don't think the site is going to be running anymore. The admin there didn't do a whole lot and seemed to be less active, so he may have stopped with it, and deleted the database, or he is making something new?

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Read all the above posts, you're not the only one, so he would notice the issue anyway when and if he comes back to this forum
