The asking and offering of reputation has not yet been ruled out.

It isn't a problem just yet as the forums have only just started.

It may be that the ability to give others a reputation point is always accessible.

This is not HF and we have a more civilized community here at SF. We don't have people fighting for number one, "rep whoring".

yeah, thats a good idea, this is more for people reformatting with pirated versions that have been chopped and had drivers removed so that it would fit the 700mb file.
