Help with new brushes

I downloaded some brushes and was wondering how to get them to work in Photoshop. I added them to the same folder as the defaultbrushes.abr. However, I don't know how to get to them in the program. I'm very new to Photoshop.

Add them to your : Adobe PhotoShop CS3\Presets\Brushes direction.
