Well, I need some support around this.

I am struggling really much when it comes to self esteem and my penis.

I have in general a above average self esteem but when it comes to my penis I got non, when I am in the showers (I'm not gay) but I see everyone else's penis is much larger than me.

So, my point here is its killing me.

My penis is really small, but when it is erected its actually above average -.- which is quite annoying.

The flaccid size doesn't matter, seriously. I've heard about guys who get a shorter penis when it's erect, than it is while flaccid. So don't worry. As long as the erect size is over 3 inches, you really have nothing to worry about. It's how you use it, not the size of it.

Besides, call the other guys gay (no offence towards homosexuals, this was just an idea for making the other guys feel bad) for looking at your penis if they comment it.

Don't even try to make your penis bigger, it only harm it and i think a small penis is better when its not erect, at least you its a smaller target to anything that is trying to harm it.

Average woman's vagina should be around 3 inches, so unless you are below 3 you are good.
I don't really see the point of that "male pride" with penises, it's like being proud my hand is bigger than someones, etc..

It's really nothing to worry about, don't forget, in bed skills make you a man, not the size.
