There are reports, that eating garlic reduces the frequency and severity of the common cold. I also read garlic is good for cardiovascular problems, due to its blood pressure lowering effects, blood lipid lowering effects and its anticoagulant properties.

Great stuff.
Sure raw garlic is very good for our health.
Garlic makes bloods in our body and also control
our blood pressure....so we should eat garlic.

Lots of garlic is not good for you, but if you have some, it will not hurt you and is proven to actually help you. Anything in loads will not be good for you.

Garlic is great antioxidant,
Garlic is great in losing weight,
Garlic reduces cholesterol level,
Garlic prevents from cold and flu,
Garlic prevents from certain types of cancer,
Garlic lowers blood pressure.

Plain garlic is not the best. Cook it with something. I cook it with spinach. Tastes amazing.
