Well... I have a theory:
There will be a round that will output a winner which will be used to judge the 1st assignment. After the 1st assignment has outputted a winner, that output will then be the judge of the 2nd and so on. Basically:

a = assignment    o = winner of assignment    j = judge
j1 = a1 >> o1
j2 = a2 >> o2
j3 = a3 >> o3
...
...
...
Tell me if that's sufficient.
