My metabolism is extremely low. I need to go to the gym every week atleast 5x. I'm not fat, but I stopped going over the summer and gained 15 pounds, I put it all off. I only drank about 20 diet cokes the whole time, nothing really unhealthy, I balanced it out. I might try those supplements to increase my metabolism, I don't like going to the gym anymore, my hands hurt from lifting weights, and I get tired around 9:30... Don't think i'm fat though, as I said I put a lot of work into not becoming fat, I really don't care anymore. I haven't been watching what I eat, knowing I have a low metabolism.
Views on Fat/Overweight/Obese people. Their own fault?
