To add to this:
- PC Hardware and Desktop Support: I feel like these two should be separated since they're subjects that can hold their own. Merge 'Desktop Support' with 'Laptop and Netbook' Help like you said and call it 'PC/General Support' and give Hardware its own section.
- Microsoft Support: Include a Microsoft Servers and Microsoft Office subsections.
- Game Support: Include a section for video-game related support.
- Smartphones and Tablets: With a subsection for smart watches. All Android and iOS stuff can go in here.
I'll update this as I think of more. Right now the biggest thing needed is a visual upgrade and pruning. We should do this for each tab.
