If you are special needs, you should not of been driving. Anything that happens to you, you deserve. Endangering your son, WHO JUST WENT THROUGH SUGREY! You have PTSD, in some states it's a felony to operate a motor vehicle with that condition.
The cops did their job, you could not pass the test, thus you were arrested. If you cannot pass it, don't drive. Simple as that. Now, lets say you cannot afford to have someone drive your son. In that case, it seems your son would be better off in foster care. You stated you want the best for him, in this case, its letting go of him. Put him in a family that can actually care for him; as you obviously cannot.
