My favourite pokemon would have to be jercahi.
Its a wish pokemon, the only way to get it is in ruby and saphire then by getting every pokemon in the game
beating every trainer in the game, so pretty much, you have to do everyting in the game.
then you can get it from a White stone outside the spaceship launch site
