Image shack doesn't do anything, it's just that there's a default resizing option that's set before you even upload, you need to open that listbox and choose "No Resize".

This can easily be done in photoshop though. You can change the opacity to get the overlays exact, then make them opaque again and flatten the layers (different images) into one.
