I like it, loads happening but the top right seems out of place. However it looks sick. 8/10

There are too many streaks of light, which contradict the flow suggested by the splashing water in front. Remove a few, soften some and it would add depth to the piece. It will also let the background and water become more visible, which creates a context for the figure.
Terrific piece, otherwise.
