The stats after exactly (41) days are:

Our members have made a total of 1,944 posts in 185 threads.
We currently have 41 members registered.

Threads per day: 4.51
Members per day: 1
Posts per member: 47.41
Replies per thread: 9.51

Now, I am starting to see a decline in member joining rate, and a slight (Literally, SLIGHT) decline in posting. I am looking for tips on how to improve both of these.

I already have 3 competitions going on, so if you have any ideas, they are greatly appreciated.
