[Built-In-Windows] Secondary Registry Editor (not regedit)

Did you know there is a secondary regedit in your computer?


(not too sure if applies to all OS Editions of Win7 but its worth a shot)

Go to run and type in: regedt32.exe and watch the majic!!!

They are pretty much the same thing, this really isn't a good tutorial though. If you want someone to rep you, you could add screenshots and all those little things add up to make a better tutorial. this

Regedt32 was originally the registry editor for windows NT.

Another thing to note is that it's not only hex-editing in hexidecimal for the registry, you can change to simple decimal too, which is base 10. Just something I added to that just in case Smile

No need to say "If you want rep add pics," it's just informational.

This could serve a purpose if regedit was disabled.

I wasn't saying that at all. He is looking for rep though, he clearly stated it on another thread. I was only giving him advice on how he could make his tutorials better since his backup for rep was based on his posting of these tutorials.
