Wow, something I found out. - Cal™ - 07-02-2010

I found out that, people in japan or china get to see things like: OR Xbox 720 or Playstation4 earlier then us.
Is this right?

Well I know the UK gets stuff around 12 hours or so before we do. When huge releases come out.

Yes, because the chineese are the ones working on it!

Everything is made in China... Which means it will be there first.

If it's manufactured there, like most things are then yes they get it earlier.

yes playstations are manufactured in japan.

Yes they do tend to see newer electronics earlier in japan because that is were they are mass produced and tested.

The Xbox is a Microsoft system. The US launch was before the Japanese launch. The Playstation is a Sony product and almost all Sony products are released in Japan first. It's their home country.

This has been going on for decades and is the same with TV's, phones (Samsung), and many other electronics where Japan is ahead of the market.

They are released where they are made first. If it is made in china they have it first...

Just depends on where it is produced.

For alot of things, yes.
But thats a good thing sometimes, incase if theres a recall, defaults, or something wrong with the product ;)
