I agree with everyone of these rules, although one should be added assuming its true. No smuggling, CC fraud, or phishing discussion is allow. This could also be an add on to number 7. You also might want to post something about Runescape, considering the actions Jagex took regarding the section in HF.

You didn't mention it in the rules but I'm just guessing you shouldn't ask for rep?
If we arent allowed to ask for rep then you should put it in the rules. Cause I'm confused, I've seen people ask for rep.

Just like any forum, you shouldn't ask for rep. It's common sense.
