I suggest This Because People Come here For feather
i.e 100posts
After 100 posts They Get the power 2 Rep
Some People -Rep Without any reason Anonymously
So a Person Should Be allowed To Rep
IF he/She Has 250+ Posts
Or IT can also Be like this 100 posts can Only Give +1 and Neutral Vote
250+ can Give +1 ,-1 and Neutral

Id have to agree with this, that way people who only come for the feather will just leave and not cause any damage to those who are actually here for the long haul.

I think that once everythign gets set up and it really starts to pick up people omni will require to be a paid subscriber in order to rep I think, its too easy to come in and make dedicated members look bad by just spamming posting and repping.

I agree with you as well, there are many people who join make 100 posts, rep their friends and leave.
