Im still having a little download speed trouble after formatting my laptop.
Im willing to pay for a software that is real good for boosting my internet speed, so i ask you guys what is the best program?

From the past three months i had slow download speed.After read your post,I used this service what you specified.Now i have better download speed.I checked my new download speed using http://www.scanmyspeed.com/ I was really amazing about my download speed.
