The best shared plan is needed ... and two hosts are in my mind: kvchosting.net and planethoster.com and I wonder which way is better to go and why?

I am just experienced enough to cause real damage, and they have been patient and helpful at all times - can't recommend kvchosting.net highly enough!
I used to have a website with other host but then quit after I started with this web host. They are so much cheaper and quicker to respond.
