ASVhost.com and owned-networks.net package plans are the best options for you.
They know what they're doing and they're nice about it when you don't have a clue.

I'd like to say that I have great network uptime and the connection speed is fast at least by my standards.
Good communication and customer service is key to a great web-host, and Libertyvps.net has these qualities in spades.

Can recommend hostforweb.com hosting deals. The information online has been sufficient. We haven't tried leaving them yet, but if I have problems I'll report back.

I've used a number of hosts but kvchosting.net guys are the best I've ever come across for wordpress hosting.
Super fast (have their own caching plugin), very secure and the technical support is amazing.
