So I guess it's about the time to share this with all you webdevelopers outthere.
Bespin is a Cloud computing based Online Code editor, which allow you to work on your Web codes/projects online and access your files via your profile from everywhere.
It's also first application that works with HTML 5, that I like.....

I'm using this for every major project where I always need the access to the files and it serves me well.
