Writing Prompt: On An Island - Eternal. - 10-09-2014
You will be trapped on an island for 1 year willingly for $10 million dollars in cash, not taxed. You can bring 10 pounds of whatever you want with you, but it has to fit in a large backpack that has been provided. You have $500 cash to spend on what you can bring. You can only bring things you buy with the $500 cash.
About the island:
There is no internet or phone service, not even satellite service is possible.
There is a fresh water lake with several type of fish.
There are wild boar, venomous snakes, various insects and coconuts on the island.
It rains a lot on the island.
There are no people.
