be patient I'm sure many moderators are not really needed right now. i believe when the time comes Omni will add them, he probably reads the applications daily to get an idea of who he would choose.

Anyway, imho, Omni will pick members as staff as he feels necessary. On HF he had 80k members and less than 10 staff members, so I would assume there is going to be a lot of competition on who gets staff.
