I doubt this is recommended so I would say for you to refrain from doing it, it can get a little annoying for members here if you decide to do so.

I personally hold a standard of not going below half the page list, though if i feel inclined its high quality. I guess if you do grave dig, just have it high quality and its all good.

You are allowed to grave dig, if the reason is valid.
If you are doing it to troll, then no, it is disallowed/frowned upon.
