Use a proxy, there are plenty out there just use google.

I would find it really hard to go on Hackforums without a working proxy, since your school is probably blocking it.

I remember there being a downloadable program which you could transfer into your school's computer using a pen-drive.
I'll try finding the tutorial but supposedly you could access websites without any proxies as soon as you execute the .exe.

HF blocks certain proxies... it isn't as simple as using one.

You can use proxies or VPNs to access sites that your school firewall has blocked.

I doubt you could without a proxy. Your school filters certain sites on certain IPs that the school district recognizes. I doubt there would be any other way to bypass that.
