I hope Windows 8 is better then Windows 7. I am a fan of Windows 7, but if there is a better OS then it, the other OS must be divine.

Exactly.
It has the main look as Win 7 but you can also use the other theme they are releasing.
IMO I think it will work good, but I might stay with Win 7.
