Really nice guide, thanks for the help Smile

I've only told one of my friends that I'm bi, he seemed to accept it okay.

This is great information for our -in the closet- friends and the -homophobes- in denial ;).

Ha, I don't believe in homosexuality/bisexuality, however, I do not judge them for what they do. People are people and they were given the right to make decisions... and thus their decision shouldn't be judged by others unless it affects them in a negative way. Contradictory to what you may think, I congratulate Elektrisk for his open-ness about his sexuality and for not letting his decision waver based on the opinions of others.

This is very valued work. I appreciate someone taking the time to properly express a very delicate topic.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING GUIDE!

The quality is great! The message you sent out was undeniably epic. Everything about this guide is awesome!

Coming from a straight guy who believes VERY STRONGLY about Gay Rights, I thank you for posting this. I am sure it has/will help other SF members who are going through these things.

Keep It Up!

"I think of it like this; when a person starts realizing they might be different, 90% of the time, they deny it." So incredibly true.

"You must embrace your own desires." It's the only action that can result in contentment. THAT, and it makes things much easier.

"Just remember that after a while, it just stops mattering with most people." Very true. And I mean, why should it, anyway? It's part of one's life, and should be just as important as interests, hobbies, etc-- Noted, but not the news of the century.

"Depending on where you live, bullying can be really bad, or it can be virtually nonexistent." In my experience, living in a small town in New England makes life easy. But it can be really hard, no matter where you live. Sometimes, the worst people to bear with may be your family. Mine doesn't know, but hearing from others in my area allows me to understand this.

Major credits to you, Elektrisk. It's my strong hope and belief that this guide will help others in a very positive way. I apologize for my anonymity, but all you need to know is that I am Lunagron's brother (I'm also sorry for bumping this...).

I'm sorry, but I had to bump this. I showed this guide to a friend of mine who was struggling with this issue. Again, good job Elektrisk!

Wow, this is the most impressive thread i have ever read. Me, i am a homophobic (i used to be bi, until one day, i got threatened to be killed for it.) meaning that i dont like gay/lesbian people. This thread is going to change my way of thinking again in real life especially. Thanks alot Elektrisk. You did a really good job.
