Be careful with HJT, you shouldnt just go fixing random entries, it can make your system less stable and cause more problems for you.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware I recommend very highly. It's by far the best in my opinion followed by SuperAntiSpyware.
HijackThis I wouldn't recommend to people unless they know what they're doing or if it's to create a log to give to a malware remover helper.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, my opinion, is the best. Pretty much simple and basic but the best.

Also, "Avast" is goodnto have because it removes some viruses before they infect you.

I've known of all of these Anti-malware type programs in that list except for "SpywareBlaster". I'd also add in Spyware Search & Destroy to that list, as it's a fairly decent program as well.

Used to be rated fairly high for it's performance and protection against newer intrusions to your system. I'm not sure how it would be rated today, but I know it was a good program back when I was using Windows 2000 and XP 2 or 3 years ago. Never went back to it, but it was a good program. I'm just unsure of how updated it is today.

Your list has efficient programs, with an exemption to HijackThis. It must never be used without a helper's consent.

That's not true, people can choose to learn the program themselves, at their own risk, some people are successful, and some aren't because they rely on what they think should be done based on the log.
