Connection Refused - eax - 01-20-2011
Using http://www.canyouseeme.org/ when I test the port to see if it's open, it just returns: Reason: Connection refused or Reason: Connection Timed Out.
So, figuring that it's proably to do with my firewall I disabled it - Still refused conntion. I've created an inbound rule on Windows firewall and on my router, but still it says the same.
Anyone know how to fix this?

depends on what port you are testing, did you try making another open port in this case?

Yeah, I tested some other ports and it still comes back the same.
