There's no rule against that.
Asking is an unwritten rule, but offering is fine in my book. Reputation isn't often abused here.

Yes you should. A member posted the only rules regarding rep there, so anything that he didn't post isn't against the rules.

Read the replies above, we've already been told that it's not against the rules... Just because that's the rules on HF, doesn't mean it's the safe at SF. I wish people would stop thinking that.
