My dog loves anywhere but mostly the ears and on the back.
He makes me scratch / tickle him by coming over and tapping me with his head or paw.

my dog loves his belly and butt (It's really funny he walks over to your feet when your sitting, and pushes his butt against them) Don't ask me why lol

On his belly definitely, although sometimes on his head
