- Viruses

- Hacking

Unfortunately we don't talk about hacking here and only the removal or prevention of a virus with improving security

Sounds good, try to make a few active posts within the Computer help sections of the forum as well before you reach the requirements. This will show some dedication so that Nemmyy can accept you into the group over other applicants.

Just because you have 100 posts doesn't mean you're automatically in, you haven't really been helping in the computer support section either.

I hope to join this group sometime soon. I'm just throwing around a few ideas in my head to contribute before applying.

Update : Well It's about time I formally applied.

I think that I would be a great addition to your group to better both my own computer knowledge (While gaining some extra experience) as well as sharing my current knowledge with others. I've always been known around my group of friends for being a computer enthusiast. I think you can tell as much by a thread or two that I've created.

I'm a college student studying advanced computer architecture, networking and hardware support. I'd like to try and implement what I've been studying at college as a form of revision by helping people on here.

A link to a contribution I've made in the computing section : http://www.supportforums.net/showthread.php?tid=17390

Thanks.

Gladly accepted. I haven't been home today so I didn't see your guide until now and it's great. I haven't seen anything on architecture here yet. Hopefully you'll stay active.

By the way, did you ever get that program from your school?

Actually I just remember I brought my revision disk home. It's supposedly in there, yet the executable file is missing. It's called " IT Essentials Virtual Desktop 4.0" which is a Cisco NetAcademy utility. I'll see if I can find it online.

Update : I've found it and I'm uploading it.
