On hold, FML. - DeMeR - 09-04-2010 So I thought I should call xbox support about changing my name for it being reported. I called at 7:00 centeral and its now 7:30. I just now gave up and hung up. Microsoft sucks. /Discuss. RE: On hold, FML. - Sam - 09-04-2010 They're in no way renowned for customer support RE: On hold, FML. - JDBar - 09-04-2010 Reminds me of the time I called about my Zune account being glitched. I spent 75% of the time on hold and got switched between 4 different people, having to explain my problem to each one again. It got fixed 2.5 hours after I called. </3 Microsoft EDIT: I guess I should mention though I had one good call with them. One time I was unable to play GTA4 online on PC, and I called and the first person told me "You're Live account is under 18. The server is blocking you since it's an M game. Just make another one with a higher age." Hooray!... (Even though I think there shouldn't be age limits on a game I paid for. -_-) RE: On hold, FML. - Renegader - 09-04-2010 Yeah; Microsoft support really sucks. Sony is much better, I got like a 2 minute reply every time. RE: On hold, FML. - Qwazz - 09-05-2010 Dang that sucks :/ but when you get the one smart supervisor its always nice RE: On hold, FML. - x2theone2x - 09-05-2010 (09-05-2010, 02:27 PM)Qwazz Wrote: Dang that sucks :/ I find they usually at least for me know less then who i was talking to before. RE: On hold, FML. - Hustler - 09-06-2010 Calling the foreigners at Microsoft is going to get you no where. |
