It looks GOOD though. Maybe someone will use it.

It looks very nice, but you should design it for streching it with css.
The image can only be used at it's original size, so you'll need right length of text for that button.

Is that a question or a statement.
Anyway yes that would not be a problem but you can only use it at original size, wich may be used only for short text or longer text with small font size.
If you have longer text than the button you'll face some problems.

ok humm yeah buts later ill make a full kit for a template include all the bars and buttons etc so just wait its so long to make it

Couldn't you cut and paste the very middle of it to "stretch" the button? Or something.

Course you can its called the sliding door technique, you cut one of the curved ends off and stick the rest in another image:
