I feel ashamed to post it but anyways.

Australia has some of the slowest speeds in the world. I don't live in a major city either.

my upload speed:0.87kbps.

These are my speedtest results on my laptop:

On my main computer the download speed is 2 MB higher. Kinda sucks but I have to live with it...
