I actually have never used DA. Since I get cPanel free with most hosting packages, I'm pretty pleased with it.

I think cPanel is best for hosting multiple accounts, but DirectAdmin is best for single accounts. Same as you Omni ;)

Directadmin is really good, i prefer it over cPanel.

Well, I'm unfortunately forced to use cPanel for my company as it is by far and away the most recognised of control panels, but I must confess that I like DirectAdmin. I've tried it out a few times, and my "testing group" seem to have liked it. It's something which I will definitely consider offering as an alternative to cPanel in the future, but right now I have to go along with what the bulk of my users prefer, which appears to be cPanel.
